Any information you provide should not be misleading in any way. Stick to your point and only write up between 400 and 500 words.

These aforementioned tips are the most important guidelines that you should make sure to adhere to whenever you are writing an article to drive traffic to your web site. Of course, there are many other things that you can do in order to make sure that your articles are properly optimised but if you follow these aforementioned tips you will be well on your way to successfully getting traffic from the articles that you write. If you are like me and you have advertiser ads on your sites, then you depend on proper keyword optimization to get your sites listed on the first page of the search engines. If you apply these key steps to your website and blog content, then you can achieve a first page search engine ranking and even a first place search engine ranking. The thousand of extra visitors each week come from the first place search engine ranking. The better that your sites are optimized, the higher your search engine rnaking will be and the mnore traffic your site will get. The more traffic your sites get, the higher the chances are of the ads on your sites being visited more. Follow the steps below in order to properly keyword optimize a website or blog.

Poper Keyword Optimization. Step 1- Coming up With a Website or Blog Title

First, decide on title or topic of your site. Example: I have a blog that I created and the title of it is called “The Top 50 Freelance Writing Websites”. The key to a good keyword optimized title is to think of what internet users will search fohen the go to the search engine box. In other words, “The Top 50 Freelance Writing Websites” was searched for more than “The Best Freelance Wting Websites”. So, I went with the first one and now I have a second place search engine ranking out of 267,000 web sites. As stated, always consider what internet users are searching for when coming up with a site title. Another example is that “How to make Money Online” is better than “How to Make money on the Internet” because it is shorter and easier to keyword optimize. Think about what you would put in the search engine and then use that as your website or blog title.

Proper Keyword Optimization. Step 2- Properly Keyword Optimizing Your Site Content.

Let me start by saying that your site content has to have a keyword density of between 10% and 20% to be considered a properly keyword optimized site. The percentage fluxuates either way depending on the amount of content you have. To break this down, you will need to use main keywords of your content throughout your content to come up with either a 10 or 20 percent keyword density. The main keywords for your content are the keywords in your title. Example: This article is called “How to Properly Keyword Optimize a Website or Blog”. The main keywords for my site content come from my title. Which are properly, keyword, optimize, website and blog. Always keep in mind that your site title is the main keywords that you will need to use in your content. I try to use my main keywords at least in every step, every paragraph or at least every other paragraph. The important thing is to come up with a keyword density of betwee 10 and 20 percent. Once you do that, then your site content will be properly keyword optimized. To check the keyword density of your site, you can use the many free keyword density checking tools on the internet. Just search for them. Do not go over the 10 to 20 percent keyword density percentage unless you have a lot of content. This will be considered keyword stuffing and the search engines will reject a site that is accused of keyword stuffing. Stick the percentages and your site content will be properly keyword optimized for the search engines.

Proper Keyword Optimization. Step 3- Adding Keyword Tags to Your Website or Blog.

Here is another very important pa of properly keyword optimizing a website or blog. You know that little box at the end of your article where you add the keywords to your article? These are called keywords, tags, meta tags and so on. They are basically words that internet users put in the search engine box to search for. This is very important. Think of yourself searching for your article title. What would you put in the search bar? Then, add those keywors and keyword phrases to the keyword tag section of the article. Example: The name of ths article is “How to Properly Keyword Optimize a Website or Blog”. So, I would add how to properly keyword optimize a website or blog,keyword optimization, search engine optimization,keyword usage,hiow to get more visitors to my site and so on and so on. Always add keyword tags that are most likely to be searched for and keywords that aare directly related to your article title.Then, whenever a internet user types in a search phrase that you added as a keyword tag, your site will pull up on the first page search engine results every time.

Proper Keyword Optimization. Step 4- Adding Keywords to Photos

This a short point but a very important point. Photos can actually enhance your sites keywordtimization and your sites search engine ranking. By adding a couple of photos to your website or blog, then by putting the title of your site above the photos, you will be enhancing the keyword optimization of the site. Always add the title keywords of your site above the photos for the photos to enahnce the keyword optimization of the site. This just might be the extra push that your website or blog needs to land that first place search engine ranking.

Proper Keyword Optimization. Step 5- Creating Back Links to Your Sites.

The last crucial step to properly keyword optimizaing a website or blog is to create multiple back links to your sites. This can be done very easily. All you have to do is search for “Free website submission directories” or “Free blog submission directories” and submit your sites to as many of these free directories as you possibly can. Each time you submit your site to a free submission directory, you create a back link to your site. Search engines love back links and the search engines will also inrease your sites search engine ranking because of the back links. Also, use social networking sites to create free back links. Anywhere else of the internet that your website or blog URL can be found besides your site is considered a back link. The more back links your site has,higher your search engine ranking will be. Guaranteed.

Proper Keyword Optimization. Step 6- Submitting Your Sites to the Mjor Search Engines.

Now that you have properly keyword optimized your websites and blogs, it is now time to submit your sites to the search engines. You can go to all of the major search engines and submit your sites to each search engine for free. The Healthy Diet Diary

We may call it ‘diet journaling’, our ‘fat burning journal’ or simply our ‘healthy diet diary’ , but there is power in the concept and implementation of keeping a healthy diet diary. Sounds grandiose maybe for some of us, or even too much trouble in these days of looking for instantaneous results from minimal energy expended.

It is at this moment we must stop and ponder. It is here that we must be careful not to throw out that proverbial baby with the bathwater or taking the more anonomously written proverb, ‘ how significant in size does the key have to appear that turns the lock that opens the door of permanent change?’ (Sounds like Confucius may have said that.) We may have never considered keeping a healthy diet diary to be such a key, but just maybe it is indeed the key that will open the door through which we long to run and feel the wind upon our faces, while enjoying the effortless motions of complete and utter freedom.

The fact is journaling is a gift given to us. It is a doorway to freedom.

When journaling we do not have to pretend or impress. It is for us alone. It is between us and our diary. Herein we create a sacred place to go to express our thoughts and lay them out for us to behold in all honesty. There is something wonderfully liberating about it. Our very own Kingdom of Expression.

In this day of being fed images and thoughts from so much of the media , this kind of journaling gives us such a sublime taste of the freedom we crave, especially if we are to journal about what is holding us or affecting us or simply rejoicing in a present victory. The key to keeping a healthy diet diary as well as any other form of journaling is ‘to thine own self be true’ .

The truth will set us free. This is indeed a wonderful medium to make such truth about ourselves tangeable.

All this might sound like bunk to the uninitiated, but it is to you that I make this suggestion. Just do it. Be honest in what you write and just do it.

Taking a second look for the reason why we should even consider keeping a healthy diet diary is going to be worth our precious time. The golden key that opens the door to the gilded cage to set the songbird free? How long have we been captive? We try this diet and that diet and forget to breath in our frenzy for release. Our culture has thus dictated. Through the power of keeping our healthy diet diary, we can escape all these demands to find the place we long for.

So the big question is ‘Are there benefits to journaling in general?’ Those who have been there will say ‘Too numerous to mention’. There is a key laying in front of you. Pick it up and put it in the lock . Now turn it to open the door.

Writing Diary

Diaries are sacred possessions, as they are also a rather taboo subject for conversation, which means that every word written in this article is an attempt not to trip on the wires that any comment could set off, especially if the comment is harmless, but not taken in the correct manner. Diaries are an item usually kept by a predominant number of females, but I will direct this article at any member of both sexes, who may keep, or may have at one time, kept a diary.

Diaries can be a very integral part of one’s life, especially when one is active on the dating scene, and there is no time more risky for the diary writer, than when they are in hot pursuit of romance. The early parts of relationships are usually quite volatile, which makes the addition of a diary something that should be kept rather well hidden. It is understood that many people may share some of their entries with their closest pals, but many do not, and it is especially noteworthy that the partners in the relationship know nothing of such diaries’ existences, or that would be an invitation for them to see what is really thought of them. Now, this is not where I say it is okay for someone to snoop in another’s diary, but it all has to do with the stages of the relationship. If someone is dating many people on an inclusive basis, then their better halves should know nothing of the diary, but once a relationship reaches a certain point the other person will most likely find out about the existence of such a treasure, and it is at that time that all previously held grievances should be aired, because then the free-for-all begins.

Mutual respect should be a very dominant issue in any relationship, and that goes for those who know their loved one is keeping a diary, especially if their relationship has hit the long-term. If the partner reads entries aloud, and then tends to flaunt the existence of such a book, then they probably will yield certain information that is in the book, but questions should be asked, as reading the entries on your own would be an utter violation of trust. Also, if one knows of the existing diary, but it is never brought up, than that means that the contents are not just a means of documenting certain events, but is a private avenue for an outlet of feelings, which no one else should know, unless they are summoned to such information by way of the owner.

This is a very tricky subject and should not be breached by anyone sharing a certain semblance of respect with their partner. With that being said, there is a time in most relationships where the diary’s holder can adequately let go of all their previous secrets, and release the burden by informing their partner. This does not mean that the opposite course of action is an obvious sabotage of the relationship, but instead may mean that there are some things that are sacred to the individual. The circumstances, consequences, and rules of betrayal all depend on the specific person who owns the diary, as well as the validity of the relationship that the writer holds with their partner(s).

Secrets are never meant to escape, but most of the time they are released in accidental, yet stunning manners, which sometimes hurt others, but also help others to understand the problems, or joys, that one constantly experiences. A diary can sometimes hold these burdens like caged beasts, but it is important to understand that the writer gets to decide if their beast is willing to escape, or would rather succumb to a lonely eternity.

Keeping A Sleep Diary

Throughout our lives, at various times, almost everyone will occasionally deal with a lack of sleep. Almost always, these periods of sleeping disorder are easily explained by influences like temporary stress, illness, excitement, or other temporary reasons.

But, if you are waking up tired or are experiencing periods of sleepiness during the day and still sleeping through the night, then these may well be indications of a sleep disorder of some type. But what is the best way to determine if you do have a sleep disorder? It is very difficult to tell because, after all, youre asleep!

I believe the best way to decide if you do have some sort of disorder is to keep a sleep diary every night for a period of time. Keep this diary faithfully and record everything that you eat, drink, medications used, whether or not you exercise, the time you go to bed, how long it takes to go to sleep, the time you wake up, how often you woke up during the night, how many hours of sleep you got, and how sleepy (or not) you felt the next day.

There are many places on line that have sleep diary templates you can download for free. Just do a quick search for sleep diary or sleep diary template and take your pick. Which one you use is not nearly as important as being accurate in your record keeping.

This record should be kept for a minimum of two weeks to establish your personal patterns and habits. One pattern you should look at is the relationship between the number of hours spent sleeping, how often you woke up during the night, and how tired you felt the next day. Looking at these relationships, you will get a much better idea of just how much uninterrupted sleep you personally need to avoid being sleepy the next day. If you have recorded everything accurately the diary will also help you see other practices and patterns of behavior that might be preventing an uninterrupted, restful nights sleep.

If your diary indicates patterns such as you always take more than a half an hour to fall asleep, or you wake up several times each night for long periods then you may have a sleep disorder. Other indications include a practice of taking frequent naps during the day or feeling so sleepy during the day that you fall asleep inadvertently at inappropriate times.

If any of these symptoms are present, they may well indicate a serious sleep disorder and you should consult with your doctor as soon as possible.

The Basics Of Good Writing

The basics of good writing

I regularly have people asking me how to write well. To be honest, I also don’t have the standard answer. But I do have some tips that I can share, and maybe that can shed some light on the basics of good writing.

Preparation phase1. Who is your target audience? 2. Why are you writing for this audience?3. What is the nature of the writing? (narrative, argumentative, expository etc.) 4. What are the key points in your writing?5. Which are your supporting documents?

You must have all the answers to these questions before you begin your first draft. By this way, at least you will feel more confident to start and respond to any challenges later in the writing (i.e. writer’s block).

Plotting & Writing phase

Write it such that when you read it aloud, people want to read it. Good marketers will tell you that there is the secret to basic advertising. The greatest difference between essays wrote in school, and essays wrote for business is that while teachers are often forced to be the audience for the former, the later does not have a fixed audience; the corporate writer must instead make people feel interested to read his article. If there is no audience, then any piece of writing, no matter how brilliant was the analysis or style, it has lost its purpose. You can do this by knowing your target audience well, and then think in their shoes; what would attract them the most? Finally, fine spray your articles with the keywords and ideas specially crafted for your audience. Always put your audience in the first place when you write.

Always eliminate unnecessary words. This is to prevent repetition and refrain from making the reader think that he is wasting his time to read this essay. An ideal article would be such that the original meaning was conveyed to the reader, not one more word could be added nor taken off from the article.

Never stop. If you ever experience writer’s block, always carry on writing and not think about it. If the problem gets worse instead, try this method I always use: Forget about the opening, write down all your main points first. Then visualise clearly in your mind the human body with all its bones, blood and flesh. Now imagine the key points are your bones; all you have to do now is to flesh out the bones, that is to further develop and elaborate on the key points. Keep on writing until all the points have been fully explained. Now you should be very sure of your opening and ending, and then add these sections in. Bingo! Your essay is done. Writing, is as simple as putting Lego bricks together.

Lastly, always edit and proof read your drafts. No masterpiece was finished by the first try. Even professionals must do several drafts, before they settled on one. Editing is extremely useful because not only can you experiment different styles of writing, but also you get to correct all your errors more effectively.

The next type of handcrafted pen produced is the Classic line which is composed mostly of ball point pens and a version of roller ball pen.  You can check out your local pen turners entire line at their website to determine which of the Classic styled pens suit your taste.  Most are relatively slim in feel and utilize a twist mechanism.  Also offered is a click cap version as well as a twist and click pencil version.  A few pen crafters also handcraft a ‘Retro’ type pen that reminisces the writing heyday of the mid 20th century.  A truly fine pen usually available oibnly in gold or chrome finishes.

 

The handcrafted European line of pens fit somewhere between slim pens and larger barreled pens. Many wood workers also offer a mini European style which is a smaller version of the regular twist European pen.  The European pens that are handcrafted by many pen crafters are sleek in design and operate smoothly.  All are offered in a variety of finishes from Gold through the higher end Platinum and Black Titanium finishes.  All are ball point pens and there is rarely a roller ball pen seen in the European styled pens.  Many pen turners do offer letter openers that are hand turned and usually come in gold or chrome finish.

 

Numerous wood workers handcraft an excellent two piece roller ball which is call the Navigator.  It comes in all finishes and is very easy to write with and is well balanced.  Like any of the other pens, they can bre produced in acrylics, poly resins and antler in addition to a large supply of exotic hardwoods.  Again, at many pen turners websites, you can view their product line and see how beautiful these pens truly are.

 

One of the more interesting line is the Cigar line of fine handcrafted pens.  They are large barreled pens and hold well on their own.  They are produced as ball points with one exception. The Premium Cigar pen is the classic cigar pen style with a large barrel, great grip and fine craftsmanship.  A step above, pen crafters handcraft the Hybrid cigar pen which is slightly more detailed than the Premium but takes a finish well and brings it to life.  Similar to the Premium cigar pen is the Bowtie pen and Oxford Pen.  Both are available usually only in gold or chrome finishes.  The Bowtie gets its name from the bowtie shaped clip and is handcrafted by several pen crafters.  The Oxford than is hand turned at wood worker shops sports an engraved center band to set is apart. The largest Cigar style pen thgat is handcrafted is the El Grande, and it is just that.  It is produced as a roller ball and is available in all the standard and high end finishes  mentioned throughout the article.  It is usually the  most expensive handcrafted pen, but well worth the cost due to the amount of work to craft this fine pen.

 

Additionally, many pen crafters handcraft a line of ball point pens they name the Executive and Sr. Executives.  With one of the widest availability of finishes available, these are crafted with care and use only the best hardwoods with the right finish to bring out the beauty of the wood, acrylic or antler.  To see this line, check out your local wood workers’ website.  In addition to standard hardwoods, acrylics, etc., the Executive line is the basic frame for a line on Inlay pens.  Laser cut pieces of differing hardwoods are pieced together to form simple to complicated scenes around the pen barrel.  As these are produced from kits, they tend to be very expensive as compared to a crafters own handcrafted pens. All pen crafters hand turn their own hardwoods and handcraft everything they make.  Also included in the Executive line are letter openers and magnifying glasses for the discriminating consumer.

 

Many pen turners also offer for the consumer pen boxes, pen sleeves and refills at very reasonable prices and in a variety of hardwoods for the pen boxes and leather designs for the pen sleeves.  Be sure to check them out while you’re visiting websites.
